Yes. These service professionals may qualify to purchase HUD foreclosure homes at a 50% discount. The HUD homes must be single-family residences in designated “rejuvenation areas.”
In order to qualify, the bidder must meet employment qualifications and pledge to live in the residence for at least three years.
