Gentlepersons: Someone from your firm contracted to have somebody mow the lawn at 602 South 4th Street, Miles City,Montana in July 2008.
Whomever it was….driving a green pickup……selected to STEAL my $150 finned aluminum turbine wheel and nearly new tire that was a spare for my Lincoln Town Car.

Whomever it was came here twice. I thought it was a local pickup, was not sure.

WHEN THEY LEFT my damned spare was gone !!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is more than just petty theft. I called the Mayor of Miles City………Joe Whalen…..and ofcourse never gained his reply. Miles City employees are dispatched at times to mow lawns around town etcetera.

I wrote a letter about this to Whalen and the City Council,but, all of their individual and collective heads are in the clouds all the time trying to perpetuate their political careers.

1. PLEASE email me that you have an Insurance Company who will pay me for this loss.
……or……….2. PLEASE email me that you can find out who it was that STOLE the tire and wheel.
………….or…….3. PLEASE tell me you will contact the goddamned City Council of Miles City or the Mayor or the City Shop and deduce whomever it was that stole this tire and wheel.

The house you are responsible for at 4171 Grayton has had the key reproduced and sold on the street. There are up to 30 cars a day there and someone is doing business out of that house at 2 & 3 am. The neighbors have been trying to keep up the house and keep track of who is there. At no time has there been any representative from any company at the house when prospective buyers come to see it. The only prospective buyers have been African American. This is a mixed neighborhood that has an excellent reputation and actively seeks to keep its standing. Your company’s management of this property has been wholly negligent and I will follow any procedure necessary to have HUD pull your contract.
