There is no national listing of HUD homes for sale. Instead, the government hires management companies in each state to make an individual database of current HUD homes for sale. You can browse through listings in your state by checking out the links below. Remember, you do not have to buy these properties from the listing agent. Any real estate agent registered with HUD has access to and is permitted to write offers or “bids” on HUD homes for sale.
